The Website is owned by DHK Nederland B.V., a private limited company established under Dutch law, having its registered office in Rotterdam, which aims to offer support in conducting their service provision / practice to each independent professional company, operating under its own name, which has concluded an affiliation agreement with DHK Nederland B.V. (hereafter referred to as: a “Company”). Pursuant to this affiliation agreement, this Website gives information about the services that are provided by the various Companies. DHK Nederland B.V. does not process any personal data, but exclusively offers support to the Companies in conducting their service provision / practice.
Personal data that are processed
A Company processes the personal data of its clients and other data subjects, which they themselves supply to the Company, or which have become known in the context of the services provided by the Company to clients.
In job application procedures, the Company processes the name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, curriculum vitae, grade lists, testimonials, references and the special motivations for the job application.
When you visit and/or use the Website, this does not lead to the processing of personal data by a Company.
Purpose of the data processing
A Company uses the obtained personal data to provide services to its clients, for client management and marketing purposes, to process job applications and to provide visitors of the Website, if they so wish, with the requested information.

A Company does not keep personal data any longer than necessary for the purposes that are named in this Statement or to comply with the applicable legislation and regulations.
